Note: Apple Shortcut Controls behave differently from Siri in App Control Shortcuts that are built within the LiveKey App. If you wish to create a Shortcut that runs in the LiveKey app please see the instructions for 'Siri in App Control'.
Apple Shortcut Controls run in the background and will run with the screen locked.
Setting up a Apple Shortcut for a Livekey Item, Group or Routine:
Step 1: Open the Shortcuts app on any iOS device that has LiveKey installed on it
Step 2: Select the '+' in the upper left to add a new Shortcut
Step 3: Select '+ Add Action'
Step 4: Switch the toggle from 'Categories' to 'Apps', then select LiveKey
Step 5: Select the LiveKey item category
Step 6: Select 'Choose' for both the Items and Actions selections
Step 7: Give your New Shortcut a name. This name is the phrase that Siri will respond to.
Step 8: Select your shortcut to run the LiveKey action or ask Siri to do it for you.
